All the King's Men was a show all about reinforcement.

As the Assistant Sound Designer, I was in charge of micing over twenty actors, four of which had to swap mid-show. I had to supervise a wireless crew of 5 technicians and make sure that all of their responsibilities were completed in a timely fashion. This included pre-show prep, maintenance during the run, and the nightly duties to clean up all of the microphones and transmitters.

I was also responsible for training the Sound Board Operator, and during the course of the show I developed a very detailed Preshow/Postshow checklist that guided the operator through their tasks in case I wasn't there to answer questions.
